It can be hard to balance sleep and activity when there is a lot to get done. I suggest weighing the priorities before making a decision. If it will only take 15 minutes or so more, I suggest getting the task completed so that it doesn’t weigh on your mind as undone. However, any more than that and I suggest you prioritize sleep, especially if you have a busy day in the morning.
